I'm Robert "Bob" Brockington and pleased to announce my candidacy for the open position of Calhoun County Clerk of Court. I live in St. Matthews with my wonderful wife, Christine who is from St. Matthews. We have lived here over twelve years and are pleased to call St. Matthews and Calhoun County our home. I'm a member of the St. Matthew
I'm Robert "Bob" Brockington and pleased to announce my candidacy for the open position of Calhoun County Clerk of Court. I live in St. Matthews with my wonderful wife, Christine who is from St. Matthews. We have lived here over twelve years and are pleased to call St. Matthews and Calhoun County our home. I'm a member of the St. Matthews First Baptist Church. I serve as a trustee and participate in the Ramp Ministry, building wheelchair ramps for residents in our community. I also volunteer with Habitat for Humanity.

I am a Retired Army veteran with 21 years of active-duty service. While in service, as a Non-Commissioned Officer, I served multiple assignments as an Aviation Flight Platoon Sergeant. As a Warrant Officer, I served as a Medical Evacuation Pilot. After three years of flight experience and for the remainder of my career I worked as a Stand

As a Warrant Officer, I served as a Medical Evacuation Pilot. After three years of flight experience and for the remainder of my career I worked as a Standardization Instructor Pilot. In that position, I was responsible for training, evaluating and supervising many pilots. After my military career, I flew as an EMS pilot with Air Methods Corp. for 25 years.
